Go solo or play in groups of up to three, recover materials from caches all over the map, hunt ARC, and try to make it out through an Extraction Point before another Raider comes for your loot. Dynamic weather, time of day, and events keep it fresh.

Dam Battlegrounds

Alcantara Power Plant, or "The Dam", stands as a silent sentinel amidst a toxic, waterlogged land, nourishing a riot of resilient vegetation and fauna. A monument echoing with the memories of a power once generated.
Buried City

Amidst the sand dunes in this arid wasteland you will find a remnant of the old world quite unlike the cold steel spires of the Exodus age. Walk these narrow streets and empty plazas, and know that people once lived here.
Spaceport
  • 30 minute duration
  • 40 minute duration during Hidden Bunker

Acerra Spaceport is a majestic testament to humanity’s past ambitions. This is where the Exodus shuttles, vessels of hope and desperation, once roared into the heavens, leaving a beleaguered Earth behind.
The Blue Gate

Blue Gate, a location higher up in the mountains featuring open areas, small towns, tunnels, and underground complexes to name a few.
Stella Montis

A secluded research facility amidst snow-draped peaks, Stella Montis is said to have been the last bulwark of humanity's preservation.
Practice Range

Nestled in a secluded mountain hollow, the echoed gunshots from this practice range seem to confuse ARC's sense of direction, creating a rare pocket of open-air safety. Raiders use this practice range to hone their skills, and catch up on some long-overdue stargazing.

Map conditions

Maps have special modified variants that will cycle on a timely basis for each map. Playing these conditions could entail having more loot, more aggressive ARC enemies, different weather conditions, or events that you need to complete. There are two types of map conditions; Minor, Major, as well as a variant called ARC Operations.

Active conditions

Active conditions, list all the conditions currently rotating across the various maps.

Minor map conditions

Minor conditions add events to the map, that can increase particular types of loot that can be found.

  • These conditions currently do not provide a bonus to the points earned in-round for Trials, however, some trials must be completed during these minor conditions.
Condition Icon Trials Description
Bird City
1x Flocks of birds have been spotted around Buried City, gathering around chimneys for what many assume to be nefarious reasons.
Lush Blooms
1x The weather has been unusually agreeable lately, and vital plants and fruits have been thriving. Get out there and gather your food before it is all gone.
Prospecting Probes
1x ARC seem to have entered a period of extended probing, sending guarded probes down en masse.
Husk Graveyard
1x Something has caused ARC machines to go down on their own in great numbers, leaving husks scattered around the Topside. A better opportunity to gather information and parts has rarely presented itself.
Uncovered Caches
1x Storms have unearthed a number of old Raider Caches, but they are rigged to explode should they be exposed for too long. Hurry up and find them all.
Launch Tower Loot
1x Someone has locked off the Launch Tower, hiding all their hard-earned loot at the top. ARC seems to have ramped up their defenses in response to the heightened activity.
Harvester
1x A mysterious harvesting machine has appeared, heavily guarded by the feared Queen. What kind of riches are to be found within?
Matriarch
1x A Matriarch has been sighted nearby. Her children seem hell-bent on keeping her from harm.

Major map conditions

Major conditions change the atmosphere and gameplay of the map. They introduce additional mechanics that increase the maps difficulty and loot.

  • These conditions also provide a bonus to the points earned in-round for Trials, however some trials require specific conditions.
Condition Icon Trials Description
Night Raid
2x Raiders have been finding especially good loot behind locked doors, and keys have been more plentiful. The heightened Raider activity has attracted more ARC than usual.
Electromagnetic Storm
2x Lighting strikes batter the surface; frying electronics, disrupting ARC machines, and electrocuting unsuspecting Raiders.
Hidden Bunker
2x Someone has hacked the Outskirts Bunker’s security system. Find the 4 buttons to unlock the doors, and be the first to plunder the treasure within.
Locked Gate
2x A clandestine group has activated the Gate's emergency shutdown protocol. 4 key cards need to be obtained to override it, and uncover whatever they're hiding.
Cold Snap
2x A cold front has swept in with snowfall, and a considerable drop in temperature. The air might feel crisp and brisk at first, but beware of frostbite. Candleberry bushes are bearing valuable fruit - they are now ripe of the picking.
Hurricane
2x Strong winds are sweeping across the surface, affecting large parts of the area. Visibility and hearing may be reduced, so stay alert.
Close Scrutiny
2x
Groups of Surveyors and Vaporizers are scanning for valuable materials. Their discoveries could prove worthwhile, if you're prepared for resistance.
