Healing items are used by all Raiders to survive while Topside. Some healing items focus on health, some recharging shield, and others stamina.

Health

Defibrillator 50 - An injection to quickly revive downed raiders and restores some health.
Expired Pasta ? 15 - Can (reluctantly) be consumed to restore small amounts of health.
Fabric 0.4/s 25s Can be used to slowly restore small amounts of health.
Fruit Mix ? 25 - A food item that moderately increases both health and stamina.
Herbal Bandage 3.5/s 10s An improvised medical item that gradually restores health over time.
Moss ? 1/s 10s Can be consumed to regain a small amount of health.
Mushroom ? 15 - Can be consumed to regain a small amount of health.
Resin ? 1/s 10s Can be used to gradually restore a small amount of health over time.
Sterilized Bandage 5/s 10s A medical item that gradually restores a large amount of health over time.
Vita Shot 50 - A medical item that restores a large amount of health.
Vita Spray 10/s 150 Capacity A medical item that continuously restores health during use. Can be used on yourself or your allies.
