A charismatic Raider leader in Speranza, Celeste is the ubiquitous symbol of hope for humanity in the underground. As the leader of the Raiders, she is responsible for keeping morale up, even as the ARC attacks worsen, and when tragedy comes to pass. While she tries to keep the pressure off, you can find her staying up strategizing into the wee hours of the night, furiously playing darts by the bar, and drinking coffee all day to keep her eyes open.^[1]

A survivor of The First Wave, Celeste now tries to keep Speranza running smoothly. It's an entirely different challenge.

After losing her parents at a young age, Celeste was forced to fend for herself, learning to be resourceful out of necessity. When the First Wave hit, she was taken in by a group of Raiders, and experienced the early resistance firsthand–something that would prove core to shaping her as a person.
Her survival instinct and conviction eventually contributed to the founding of Speranza, the de facto base of the Raider resistance. To Celeste, Speranza isn’t just a settlement–it’s a testament to human endurance, built through the efforts of its people.
She has dedicated herself to Speranza's survival, and is constantly preparing for the future. But with the growing ARC threat and internal strife, she senses that the underground won’t remain safe forever. Will the Raiders support her cause, or go down fighting each other?^[2]
