Extraction Points

From ARC Raiders Wiki

Extraction Points are locations accessible from the surface that connect to an underground network of tunnels. Raiders interact with terminals at these locations to safely return to Speranza.

There are four different types of Extraction Points: cargo elevators, metro stations, airshafts, and Raider Hatches.

In clockwise order from top-left: cargo elevator, metro station, Raider Hatch, airshaft.

Almost every type of Extraction Point has a shutdown timer that indicates when their terminal will shut down. Shutdown timers can be viewed on the map.

Raider Hatch

The Raider Hatch is a special type of Extraction Point that gives Raiders an alternative way back to Speranza. However, safe passage doesn't come free; those who wish to access the tunnel network will need a Raider Hatch Key. Once a key is used at the terminal, the hatch door will remain open for approximately 10–15 seconds. Any Raider can enter, but only one at a time.

Unlike standard Extraction Points, Raider Hatches do not have a shutdown timer; this makes them invaluable to Raiders who are fashionably late.

Tips

  • Downed Raiders (not knocked out) are still able to crawl to Extraction Point terminals and interact with them to make a safe escape. Hang onto life a little bit longer!
  • Extraction Points do not shut down if their terminals are interacted with immediately prior to shutting down. It is possible to survive into 'overtime' in this way after the round timer counts to zero.
