When ARC returned during the Second Wave, society was forced underground, and the camps were all but abandoned. To some Raiders, its considered blasphemous to scavenge from Raider camps, though others are happy to dismiss such reservations at the prospect of battle-tested gear.
In recent times, Shani has led an effort to re-establish surface outposts, serving now as discreet supply stashes and cover from fire, rather than long-term lodging.
