Vigilant, cautious, and dutiful, Shani keeps a near-constant watch on the screens in her room. Officially, she’s tasked with monitoring any Topside threats, as well as operation of the Tubers and all Raider Hatches. In reality, there is little in Speranza that escapes her watchful gaze.
Shani relies on an array of radars, scanners, and makeshift equipment to map out ARC behaviors. However, the machines' penchant for self-optimization makes it a steep uphill battle, leaving her with precious little time to rest, sleep, or take the occasional deep breath.
In addition to her equipment, Shani also relies on a network of scouts for firsthand intelligence on surface activity. Unlike many Raiders, this select group seldom engages in open combat, relying more on stealth.
