Leaper Pulse Unit is an Epic item that can be thrown to create a small singularity where it lands, damaging both ARC and Raiders within its radius. A Damaged Leaper Pulse Unit can be found after it's used.
It's also used to upgrade the Utility Station and complete the quest Into The Fray.
