Major Aiva was a major figure in the First Wave, and Tian Wen's mother.
Much like her daughter, Major Aiva was a whip-smart, tactical mastermind. A fearless leader in the original ARC resistance, Aiva led several successful skirmishes against the machines before ultimately perishing in the final battle of the First Wave, the Battle of Victory Ridge. As with many other important figures from the First Wave, her name slowly faded into obscurity—but Tian Wen still remembers.
