Nomadic Envoys

Though the fabric walls seem inconspicuous, this curiously-dressed delegation welcomes only those who bring valuable goods to barter with.

Ermal had arrived with the Nomadic Envoys in Speranza, setting up a market stall among the other stalls on Speranza's lobby floor for the first time.

After some time, the Nomadic Envoys have allowed Ermal to go back on the trail and have, instead, brought in Cassio, who will continue to trade for valuables, but also ask friendly Raiders for help with certain quests.

Nomadic Envoys are Traders who accept resources as payment.

Accepted barter

Usually, Cassio is asking for the unique ARC materials, but will also sometimes accept guns. Weapon mods are not accepted and are removed from weapons if traded in. Cassio will sometimes accept trinkets or other specific items of interest, often changing week to week.

Since Expeditions are currently paused, Cassio accepts the Bronze Statuette compensation gift as barter for all trades, except those involving specific items.

Services

Raiders who have reached Level 25 can barter ARC materials and any stockpiled weapons in exchange for lucrative offerings, depending on what is being offered:

Stash Expansion

Expands your stash size beyond its ordinary limits. Two expansions are available. This upgrade resets if the player departs on an Expedition.

Expedition Vault

Enabling Raiders to safely store up to 5 of their most prized items for retrieval post-Expedition. After departing on an Expedition, any items placed in the Vault will be available to your next Raider. (resets post-expedition)
