Black markets are found in the seedy underbelly of Toledo, where rare goods of dubious origin can be purchased. These markets never stay in one place, and may be temporarily found in darkened alleys, dusty pawn shops, and secluded courtyards all over Toledo.
Though no black market exists within Speranza, many of its inhabitants regularly venture deeper into Toledo to visit markets in other neighborhoods.
