Amplification integrates the module's ARC internals straight into the frame. It fundamentally changes the weapon and cannot be reverted. Past encounters with ARC have given Speranza a little more insight into how their technology works. Weapon Amplification is a way to push your favorite weapons beyond their usual limits and make them into something more.
Unlock the Outpost and upgrade your Gunsmith and Research Stations to Level 4 to amplify your weapons.
- Ascended weapons have increased durability
- Upon death, the Ascended weapon will drop to 10% durability
- To repair Ascended weapons, you must have researched the required modules
| Icon | Name | Research | Description | Stats |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Amplified Durability | Amplified weapons have a higher maximum durability. |
| ||
| Anti Weak Point | Targeted Component Trial | Deals increased damage to ARC weak points, but deals less damage to ARC armor plating. | ||
| Anti Shield | Shield Stress Testing | Redistributes damage to priorities, breaking shields faster. | ||
| Incendiary Rounds | Thermite-Tipped Rounds | Adds incendiary compound to the projectile, lighting targets on fire when hit | ||
| Incendiary Grenade | Compact Combustion Charge | Adds incendiary compound to the projectile, making it spread fire when detonating on ARC. |
| |
| Tracker Rounds | Signal-Tagging Ammunition | Replaces the bullets with tracker rounds, that allow you to briefly track the position of targets that are hit. | ||
| X Rounds | Embedded Blast Engineering | Adds an explosive compound to the projectile, that deals slightly increased damage to Raiders, and significantly increased damage to ARC Armor plating. |
| |
| Slug Rounds | Solid-Core Casting Tech | Replaces the normal shotgun shells with a single large projectile that deals massive damage. | ||
| High Velocity | High Velocity Cartridge Design | |||
| Anvil Splitter | Payload Fragmentation Tech | Replaces the Anvils bullets with ones that split into 4 weaker projectiles. |
| |
| Semi-Auto | Trigger Reset System | Makes the weapon semi-automatic. | ||
| Burst-Fire | Burst Assembly Recovery | Makes the weapon fire in a burst. |
| |
| Full-Auto | Sustained Fire Mechanisms | Makes the weapon fully automatic, at the cost of accuracy and stability. | ||
| Increased Burst | Extended Burst Cycles | Increases the number of projectiles fired within a burst. |
| |
| Charged Burst | High-Voltage Exposure | Changes the firing mode into a charge and release behaviour. The longer the charge is held, the more projectiles will be fired on release. | ||
| Ramping Damage | Beam Resonance Tech | Gradually increasing the damage output of the Equilizer when the laser makes contact with a valid target. | ||
| Bigger Mag | Space Efficient Stacking | Increases the magazine capacity. | ||
| Drum Mag | Magazine Geometry 101 | Significantly increases the magazine capacity by attaching a drum mag. However, it must still be reloaded a couple bullets at a time. |
| |
| Mag Reload | Quick-Load Magazine Retrofittings | Removes the need to reload one projectile at a time. | ||
| More Reload | Stripper Clips | Increases the number of bullets that can be loaded at a time, making for a faster reload. | ||
| Sprint Shooting | Mobile-Fire Grip Fittings | Ergonomic fittings that allow the weapon to be comfortably fired while sprinting. | ||
| Carbine Conversion | Exodus Carbine Tech | Repurposes the Canto into a carbine, which greatly improves stability and accuracy at the cost of agility. |
| |
| Scoped | Top Mounted Optics Retrofittings | Adds a scope to the weapon, allowing it to be fired from a scoped view. | ||
| Straight Bolt | Action Economy | Ergonomic bolt allows user to perform the bolt-action while scoped. |
