Objectives

On Buried City, find the foreman's barricaded apartment south of Piazza Roma

Access the foreman's digital logbook

On Dam Battlegrounds, reach the Power Generation Complex

Find a way into the Controlled Access Zone

Search the Controlled Access Zone for any clues about the foreman's reconstruction project

Dialog

Introduction:

Says here there was a foreman at The Dam, who got recruited after they canceled Project Heartwood, got put in charge of some big reconstruction project.

Upon Acceptance:

The Dam's foreman lived in Buried City. His apartment may hold clues to what he worked on.

Idle:

Everything about Project Heartwood seemed so hopeful, and then? Cancelled, just like that.

Upon Entering Raid:

Celeste speaking. If you can find out about the foreman's reconstruction project, perhaps we'll learn more about why Project Heartwood got cancelled.

Upon Accessing the Digital Logbook:

Looks like he was involved in expanding the Power Generation Complex by the Dam; and plenty excited about it, too.

Upon Completion:

This... Looks like the entire Dam got rerouted to power the construction of the Spaceport, instead of people's houses.
