An especially violent sandstorm battered the Rust Belt for days, driving a new influx of refugees to seek shelter in Toledo.
The most sensible Raiders knew to shelter in place, though others saw a window to rule Topside with impunity.
The Storm took several days to subside, and damaged a significant portion of Toledo’s Topside infrastructure. During this time, ARC seemed as disoriented as most Raiders, with many of its most menacing machines temporarily retreating.
