The Harvester Payload is a summonable container that falls from the sky when a Emperor Beacon is activated. These payloads are presumed to be materials that have been gathered and sent to orbit by the Harvester.
The Harvester Payloads fall from the sky alongside other debris which can deal damage to the Raider if caught in its path. Once the falling pieces has stopped, you are able to walk up to the payloads an loot them. Some containers require breaching while others can be searched straight away, the container spawns a range of ARC related materials and parts.
