Do us all a solid when you're up there, OK?
Upon Acceptance:
The flooded solar panels are in the southwest of Buried City, nearby the Grandioso Apartments.
Idle:
Be on your guard, when you go there—I've had a lot of reports of gunfire in that area.
Upon Entering Raid:
Celeste here: The flooded solar panels are nearby the Grandioso Apartments. Watch your back, Raider.
Upon Completion:
Thanks for fixing those solar panels; I was worried we'd lost all of them to the floods.
