Objectives

- Locate the Flood Access Tunnel under the Red Lake Balcony
- Find the intake to the District's Water Supply

Dialog
Intro/Description:
If you're here to complain about the water, join the club. I've been fielding complaints all day. Something is definitely up with it, and I need some help to sort it out.
Upon Acceptance:
I've put up a reward for anyone who can get me a sample from the supply water intake. The sooner the better.
Idle:
It's always one thing after another with this place.
Upon Entering Raid:
Celeste here. The water intake is in the Flood Access Tunnel; one of the few places topside where the water's reliably clean. Or used to be, anyway.
