Water Troubles is a Quest given by Celeste after completing The Root Of The Matter and After Rain Comes.

Objectives

IN ONE ROUND

Locate the Flood Access Tunnel under the Red Lake Balcony

Find the intake to the District's Water Supply

Sample the water

Flood access tunnel is located on the outer wall of the dam
Enter the Flood Access Tunnel
At the end of the tunnel, you can find the intake on the left side

Dialog

Introduction:

If you're here to complain about the water, join the club. I've been fielding complaints all day. Something is definitely up with it, and I need some help to sort it out.

Upon Acceptance:

I've put up a reward for anyone who can get me a sample from the supply water intake. The sooner the better.

Idle:

It's always one thing after another with this place.

Upon Entering Raid:

Celeste here. The water intake is in the Flood Access Tunnel; one of the few places topside where the water's reliably clean. Or used to be, anyway.
