Fireball Burner is an Uncommon item that is found by scavenging destroyed Fireballs. It can be thrown to create a small fire on impact, damaging both ARC and Raiders within its radius. Afterwards, a Damaged Fireball Burner can be retrieved where it was thrown
Additionally, the Fireball Burner is required to upgrade the Refiner and complete the quest What Goes Around.
