The revelation that Project Heartwood had been all but designed to fail, seems to have sowed the first seeds of doubt around the utopian promise of a Mass Exodus. The shipping routes of crucial spaceship parts were uncovered amongst confidential documents, and a daring heist at Marano train station represented the first pinprick of a brewing mutiny.
Organized across distributed headquarters, the mutineers managed to slowly connect with sympathizers across the Rust Belt, including at Hotel Panorama Azzurro and the docks of the Riven Tides area.
