The Raider's Refuge Security Code can be found in any lootable container within the Raiders Refuge location on Blue Gate. The Raider's Refuge Security Code is one of four codes needed to unlock the gate during the Locked Gate map condition. During a round, a minimum of 1 code will spawn, but it is possible to find multiple in a single round.
To submit the code, head to the Gate Control Room location on Blue Gate, and enter the building. Inside there are 4 terminals, one of which allows you to submit the code. When the code is submitted the item is removed from the Raiders Inventory.
The item can be extracted with and can be collected if you wanted to gather all of the 4 codes across different raids.
Note: The note currently cannot be deleted within the stash in Speranza. Currently the only way to get rid of the item from your stash is to bring it into a round and drop it on the floor.
