Photoelectric Cloak is a gadget that allows Raiders to temporarily conceal themselves from ARC.

Gadget Info
Once in use, you are only able to walk slowly, and any ARC entity will lose sight of you, even if engaged in active combat.
The Photoelectric Cloak utilizes energy, which is displayed with a meter bar on screen. This energy gradually recharges once the cloak is no longer in use, even if stowed away.
Upon use, a small portion of the energy meter is immediately consumed; for this reason, it might be a good idea to use the cloak for longer periods rather than short intervals.
While it is possible to equip multiple Photoelectric Cloaks in your Loadout, the energy meter is shared among all cloaks on your person, so you cannot extend its maximum duration.
