The Hydra is a heavily armoured turret rising from the ground that can fire in 3 different directions with overwhelming firepower, it is only found on the top of the Frigate.
Combat tips
The Frigate's top has areas that Raiders can hide behind to avoid the Hydras bullet barrage allowing Raiders to take pot shots at the Hydra when it finishes firing. The behind of the Hydra is unarmored allowing for it to be killed quicky if it is distracted

Relentless and unmoving, the Hydra is a devastating ARC machine that seemingly guards major ARC operations.
Its plating seems to be weaker on its back, though such targeting requires thorough coordination and tactical discipline.
