Founded by the same engineers who invented The Tubes, the contrada of Ferrovia is the intellectual thoroughfare of Toledo, offering fertile ground for both diplomacy and darker affairs.
Speranza's nearest neighbors both geographically and socially, Ferrovian citizens have been known to occasionally assist in maintaining the Slingshots of Speranza.
Engineers from Ferrovia were crucial in the development of the Ballistic Gondolas; combining Speranza's years of prying open ARC Probes with a healthy dose of reckless Ferrovian ingenuity.
