Buried City

The Grandioso Apartments at Buried City was the former residences of workers for the Alcantara Dam.

During the Paving The Way quest, Apollo mentioned that Enelica may have been researching earthquake-resistant housing. One of the researchers from the corporation had a flat at Buried City above the Convinio in Piazza Roma.

In a different quest, A Rising Tide, it was revealed that the same apartment complex had an apartment belonging to a foreman from The Dam who was in charge of a big reconstruction project.

The Blue Gate

Enelica's presence at The Blue Gate is limited to a maintenance bunker near the checkpoint.
