The signs of an unknown group of survivors were spotted around the Blue Gate; recognized by their flags and makeshift decorations. They were found to have been involved in bringing down the ARC Deforester, though their methods seem to have left the husks in a surprisingly pristine state.
After contact was established by Celeste, a group of nomad envoys landed in Toledo, seeking to procure Raider-made gear in exchange for finds from across the Rust Belt, as well as lessons passed down through generations.
