“Bilguun's never been one for staying in one place. You learn not to take it personally. Give him a little sky, a little silence, and he'll come back when he's ready.” - Celeste
Ask your average resident in Speranza who Bilguun is, and they likely wouldn't be able to give you an answer. Ask those who claim to know him, and even they might struggle.
Despite this, Bilguun is one of Speranza's longest-standing residents —if resident is the right word. He spends much of his time Topside, where he's set up a handful of regular haunts and sleeps beneath the open sky. His history with Celeste and Lance predates Speranza itself, while scattered clues suggest he may also have ties to the Nomads. As with most things concerning Bilguun, he was never seemed particularly interested in clearing things up the details.
