Turnabout is a Quest given by Celeste after completing Digging Up Dirt.

Intro/Description:
I got a plan. If we recover with the evidence against the OTTM before they get to it, we might get them off our backs once and for all.
Upon Acceptance:
Your job is to go to the Spaceport and find the files. Take this key to the North Trench Tower. I had to bribe Shani with a jar of candied apricots for it, so keep it safe.
Idle:
Since we intercepted that dead drop, it will probably take a while for the Official Toledo Tubes Management to go search for the evidence against them. If we pull this off, I'm going to hang this over their heads every time they demand payment for using 'their' tubes.
Upon Entering Raid:
This is Celeste. Remember, Raider: the evidence against the Tubes Management should be in the North Trench Tower. Don't lose the key.
