Popet was an organization responsible for manufacturing and selling androids with similar capabilities to Lance. It is unknown if they manufactured Lance, but some of his parts, like his hands and feet, do appear to be same as Popet's androids.

In My Image was a quest by provided by Lance where you had to investigate the androids.

The androids that Popet manufactured were found across multiple locations.

There were three variants of the androids found at Stella Montis. One had all of its joints exposed while the other two had colored arm sleeves and covered joints.

Stella Montis

Alongside their androids, Popet had a multitude of posters around Stella Montis in various locations. The Stella Montis facility had PSA posters for their androids as well.

During the Stable Housing quest, a head belonging to one of Popet's androids is found on top of a safe in the security wing of the facility. It briefly turned on twice to recite dialogue specifically while interacting with the safe.

  "Hello! Please present your facility identification badge for verification. If you require a replacement badge, please visit the nearby control room."
• Upon Using Numeric Override
  "If you require a replacement identification— That is a violation! Access requires valid personnel credentials. Stay here while I fetch security."

Android Audio

Popet's androids are found in multiple locations in a dysfunctional state. Despite this, they still power on and make various whirring sounds that include speech.

Once activated, the androids playback lines of dialogue specific to their location.
