Located in a summit basin, Pendola Pass is the site of the Exodus-era Ceilo Sereno Observatory. It appeared on Speranza's proverbial radar after an Emperor collapsed there, drawing attention from ARC both within the Rust Belt and beyond.
Beyond the reach of the Tubes, it required the invention of the Ballistic Gondolas for Raiders to be able to reliably ascend the mountain.
