Enable the power in any of the conduit backrooms near the Robotic Sandboxes

Boot the main frame data terminal in the Cultural Archives service backrooms

Introduction:

Do you remember the information you dug up about Project Heartwood? I've been looking over it, and it all seems to lead back to Stella Montis.
