First location: Fuel Control building (south-west facing entrance).

Enter through this door with "Fuel Control - Authorised Personnel Only" written next to it.

At the end of the room, find the terminal with an interact prompt to "decrypt data".

Second location: Arrival Building, top floor.

Amongst the offices on the top floor, find the stack of terminals and interact with the second to last one on the right to finish the quest.
Dialog
Introduction:
If the data you found can keep the ceiling from collapsing, we have no time to spare.
I know of a few magnetic decryptors around Acerra Spaceport, from back during the Exodus. They might still be working.
Upon Acceptance:
There's a decryptor in the Fuel Control Building by Acerra Spaceport. See if it can read that data.
Idle:
Still here? Go decipher that data before some sinkhole invites a Bastion inside.
Upon Entering Raid:
