The Bombardier is a large, unarmored ARC machine capable of attacking Raider positions with a powerful, long-range mortar. It's often accompanied by a pair of small, flying drones called Spotters that feed real-time position data to the Bombardier for more accurate strikes.
Attack
Fires mortar rounds at the target until they perish or get cover. Uses Spotters to pinpoint exactly where a Raider is.
Will adjust the round's path to hit where a target is moving to or to thread in between window slits for precision kills.
Similar to the Leaper, the Bombardier uses close-range shockwaves to attack at close range.
Combat Tips
Bombardiers have yellow kneecaps on all leg joints and a yellow cylinder on their rear that deal direct damage. Shooting the kneecaps impairs its mobility and exposes unarmored inner sections for increased damage. Destroying the rear cylinder can disable the Bombardier quickly.
The Bombardier is accompanied by Spotter that mark your position for precise mortar targeting, eliminate these first to make it disoriented. The Bombardier becomes vulnerable immediately after firing its artillery, creating a good time to attack. Both Spotter drones will respawn after being destroyed. It is also good to note that one well-placed Deadline near its canister will destroy it in one mine.

The Bombardier Cell is a unique item dropped by the Bombardier that's used to upgrade the Refiner.

Codex Entry
The Bombardier is an imposing slugger, seemingly sharing a strong kinship with the Bastion, albeit with a distinct signature mayhem. It will try to flush Raiders out of cover with heavy mortar fire.
Several theories exist as to how and why ARC deploys its Bombardiers, though all agree that it is a lethal piece of machinery that has sent countless Raiders to the infirmary.
The Bombardier is especially dangerous when cooperating with Spotters, allowing it to shoot at Raiders hiding in cover. The Bombardier is equipped with strong front-facing armor, though it is not as impenetrable as the Bastion's.
