Augments are devices that Raiders equip to adjust backpack space, weight capacity, and Shield compatibility. Each Augment offers different bonuses, and rarer ones grant unique perks that can substantially affect how the wearer approaches combat or survival.

Raiders cannot remove or replace Augments while deployed Topside. They lose durability in increments of 30 when the wearer is knocked out.
