If this quest is active and you have already picked up the key card from the guard shack outside the tunnel, but it is not in your inventory, you can find a "spare key card" in a box on the floor of a guard shack just inside the right entrance of the tunnel.
Dialog
Introduction:
Ever since we expanded the tunnels to the Blue Gate, some rare pieces have started appearing on the black market.
Meanwhile, I'm stuck here peddling battered old Rattlers. If I don't find new supply lines, I'll be left in the dust.
Upon Acceptance:
There's some armored transports among the pileup by the gate. Find a way in, and see what you can find.
Idle:
If there's one thing I've learned, it's that locked doors tend to guard the tastiest of hauls.
Upon Entering Raid:
This is Tian Wen speaking. The armored transports are in the car pileup by the gate, but they seem to be locked with a key card of sorts. You'll find a way in, I'm sure.
