A Wrench in the Works is a Quest given by Celeste after completing Safe Harbor.

Objectives

Search the buses near the western gate

Locate the stash of sabotage supplies hidden at the Water Towers

Introduction:

Looks like the resentment ended up reaching the ground staff of the Spaceport itself. A mutiny brewing, right in the heart of the Exodus.

Upon Acceptance:

The mutineers were gathering supplies; preparing for something big. Track down their stash, and we might learn more.

Idle:

Engineers, dockworkers, hotel staff... From that headquarters you found, workers from all across the Rust Belt seemed to have found each other.

Upon Locating Sabotage Supplies:

You actually found it? That's... Head back here, and tell me all about it.

Upon Completion:

These aren't pinpricks, anymore. This many people; this elavorate of a plan. Something big was clearly brewing.
