Quick Use items consist of a wide variety of tools and consumables that Raiders can use to support mobility, combat, or recovery.

| Healing Items | Healing items are used by all Raiders to survive on the Topside. Some healing items focus on health, some recharging shield, and others stamina. | |
| Utility Items | Utility items are deployable non-weapon items that gives Raiders survival and tactical options beyond shooting. They control positioning, information, helping them scout, block paths, escape, or set up fights. | |
| Gadgets | Gadgets are single-purpose tools with wide variety of functions. They vary from musical instruments to very advanced tools such as the Photoelectric Cloak and the Snap Hook. | |
| Grenades | Grenades are throwable items used to damage Raiders and ARCs, or for tactical effects such as smoke screens or distractions. In a pinch, certain ARC parts or scavenged loot can be thrown and used as makeshift grenades. | |
| Traps | Traps are deployable devices that create hazards, deal damage, or apply status effects to ARC or Raiders when triggered. | |
Healing
Healing items can be split into 3 types: Health, Shield, and Stamina restorative items.

| Noisemaker | A deployable proximity sensor that sounds an alarm when enemy raiders are detected. | |
| Photoelectric Cloak | A gadget that allows the user to conceal themselves from ARC. | |
| Recorder | A playable recorder used to attract ARC's attention, and impress other Raiders. | |
| Shaker | A rhythmic instrument used to attract ARC's attention, and impress other Raiders. | |

| Snap Blast Grenade | A grenade that sticks to surfaces, dealing explosive damage after a short delay. | |
| Seeker Grenade | A homing grenade that targets a single nearby ARC dealing explosive damage on impact. | |
| Shrapnel Grenade | A makeshift fuze grenade that bursts into razor-sharp fragments upon detonation. | |

| Tagging Grenade | A grenade that detonates after a delay, tagging Raiders and ARC enemies in an area, allowing you to briefly track their location. | |
