Greasing Her Palms is a Quest given by Celeste after completing A Better Use.
Objectives
On Dam Battlegrounds visit the Locked Room in the Water Treatment Control building
On Spaceport, scope out the rocket thrusters outside the Rocket Assembly
On Buried City, visit the barricaded area on floor 6 of the Space Travel Building

- The Spaceport task requires you to approach the Rocket Thrusters that are part of the terrain. Do not confuse this with finding a Rocket Thruster. This area can be found near Departures Hatch.
Dialog
Introduction:
Recently, I've been trying and failing to get Tian Wen to join our Community projects. I may have to sweeten the deal. She's been complaining about the quality of salvage found on the market; think we could do her a solid?
Upon Acceptance:
I need you to scope out these three potential salvage sites. If any of them pan out, Tian Wen may just warm up to us.
Idle:
I've been pestering Tian Wen for a while now, trying to get her to help out around here. Her customer service is questionable, but she's a wizard with a wrench.
Upon Completion:
Good work on scoping out those salvage sites. I'll make sure Tian Wen gets first dibs on anything good.
