My usual engineer is still healing from his wounds, so I need someone to cover his tasks for a while. I have a reward for you if you can turn the generators by the Dam back on.

- Find the Ventilation Shaft
- It is the tall building to the West of the elevator, accessible via the SE door of the Generator Room
- Enable the power via the power switch underneath the stairs
