The ARC Probe is an unarmed ARC machine that regularly comes down from orbit before returning after a time. It is said that they collect soil and air samples, but perhaps their true purpose is unknown.
When a Raider attempts to breach their exterior plating, the Probe begins emitting loud beeping sounds to signal nearby ARC. Three different panels open to loot.

Known across The Rust Belt for their ear-piercing signals, the Probes are sent down on a regular basis, collecting samples and data from the soil before returning back to orbit.
While it is unknown which specific resources ARC is probing for, most pray that whatever it is can't be found in The Rust Belt.
