Power Out is a Quest given by Celeste after completing Prescriptions Of The Past.
Objectives
In One Round
- Find the Electrical Substation south of the Spaceport
- Find any sign of the missing engineer
- Install the fuse
- Restore the power

Dialog
Intro/Description:
This goes beyond bad luck. Something - or someone - has knocked out some of our electrical substations. The engineer I sent out to fix it hasn't returned, so I need all available Raiders to look into it. That includes you.
Upon Acceptance:
The Electrical Substation is south of the Spaceport. Look for the missing engineer, and see if you can fix the power.
Idle:
Our solar panels are useless without the substations. The reserve generators have kicked in, but they won't sustain us for long.
Upon Entering Raid:
Celeste here. The engineer was headed to the electrical substation south of the Spaceport, near the Security Checkpoint. See what you can find.
Upon Completing All Objectives:
Primary power is back; so we're at least at half-grid. And one of our operators spotted the injured engineer crawling into one of our hatches.
Upon Completion:
Thank you, that is a huge load off my mind. The engineer managed to limp back here, injured but alive. They're currently being patched up down in the clinic.
