Photoelectric Cloak is a gadget that allows raiders to temporarily conceal themselves from ARC.

Gadget Info
Once in use, you are only able to walk slowly, and any ARC entity will lose sight of you, even if engaged in active combat.
The Photoelectric Cloak utilizes energy that is displayed with a meter bar on screen. This energy gradually recharges once the cloak is no longer in use, even if stowed away.
Upon utilization, a small chunk of the energy meter gets instantly used, for this reason it might be a good idea to utilize the cloak for longer periods rather than short intervals of time.
While it is possible to equip multiple Photoelectric Cloaks in your Loadout, the energy meter is shared between all cloaks on your person, making it impossible to extend its maximum duration.
