Nestled deep below the Rust Belt, the underground city of Toledo is made up of a patchwork collection of secluded neighborhoods, known locally as contradas.

Though some infrastructure is shared, most of Toledo’s contrads are separated by distance and rubble; forming isolated communities looking out for their own.
