The network of tunnels spanning the Rust Belt and beyond is known as the Tubes. Raiders use these tunnels to reach the surface by boarding transport pods launched from stations the locals call Slingshots.

Each neighborhood in Toledo has its own Slingshot station, managed by local security and operations teams. Several junctions lie along the Tubes before they reach surface access points.
