A small unarmored drone that commonly spawns while Topside. The Wasp can be identified by its underbody machine gun and small size. It fires it's weaponry when in an aggressive state, shooting light ammunition at the Raider.

Rarely alone, the wasp is often accompanied by a swarm of 2-3 drones. While easy to destroy, it can be deadly, when paired with its stronger brother, the Hornet, when you are low HP, or while fighting Larger ARC threats.

Attack


The Wasp will aim a small red laser from its machine gun, before unleash a volley of bullets, in short bursts that deal a small amount of damage each.

Combat Tips


Destroying 2 of the Wasps rotors will disable the drones ability to fly, causing it to fall to the ground. If it falls from a high enough height it can be instantly destroyed by it's own momentum. When any flying ARC is stuck on the ground long enough it will burst into flames.
