Revised how the attack sentence was structured, probably going to come back later to flesh it out more |
Added the Combat Tips in order to deal with the spotters (at least what i've done to combat them, it can be changed if the overall consensus is different.), as well as how the Marking Beam works in the Attack section. |

Line 16:
Attack
Doesn't directly attack the player but instead reveals the position of the player to the Bombardier by pointing a marking laser at them.
Laser needs to maintain a constant line of sight in order to work and can tag you even in places where the Bombardier can't shoot at you.
Combat Tips
The Spotter itself isn't a direct threat to you, but it can enable the Bombardier to engage you from very far distances, as well as from cover that would otherwise prevent the Bombardier from engaging. Killing both Spotters can "blind" the Bombardier but the Spotters will eventually respawn, so it's ill-advised to do so constantly, as you will waste ammo or items to remove it for only a short period of time.
The Spotter can be nullified by using a variety of tactics that abuse the fact that it doesn't directly attack. First, you can get into a building that the Bombardier can't shoot into. This makes it to where even though the Spotter is actively targeting you, the Bombardier can't use the Spotter in order to shoot at you. Next, you can put a wall or object that breaks the line of sight of the Spotter, breaking the beam and forcing the Spotter to require you. Last, you can use Quick Use items in order to blind, stun, or disorient the Spotter in order to get away or get around it.
