Launch Tower Loot -Someone has locked off the Launch Tower, hiding all their hard-earned loot at the top. ARC seems to have ramped up their defenses in response to the heightened activity.

Environmental Changes - The base of the ziplines to the top of the Launch Tower are locked closed so nobody can access the roof for free.

Puzzle

Insert an Industrial Battery in a generator at the base of the ziplines to open the doors to gain access to the Launch Tower loot.

Teal Lockers spawn at the base of the launch tower that can contain the Industrial Battery needed to open up the doors.
