Having killed the arc around five times, my total damage seems to be around 2.1k to 2.5k. I can't be sure of the exact health value since damage to armor vs damaged to unarmored areas is very different. Having killed the Bombardier every time with a ferro III with no attachments, I'm somewhat confident that the exact health is somewhere around 2000, but that is again, somewhat speculation.
